There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third party script of any kind on this site. Nothing follows you between pages and nothing follows you to other websites. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.

When you save a collection to your shortlist, it is written to your own browser’s local storage under a single key. It never reaches our server, because there is no server holding it. Clearing your browser data removes it, and it is not shared between your devices.

Two things happen when you submit it. The enquiry is saved to our own server, and then WhatsApp opens with the message prefilled for you to send. The second step is yours; the first is not, so your details reach us even if you change your mind about pressing send in WhatsApp.

What is saved is what you typed: your name, your phone number, and whichever of email, company, occasion, date, budget and notes you filled in. It is stored on the server, is never published, and is not shared with anyone. If you do go on to send the WhatsApp message, that copy travels through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms, which we do not control.

The newsletter form is different and posts nothing. It opens your own mail app with a message ready to send to madonnchocolates@gmail.com, so we never see an address you have not chosen to send us.
